The True Test of an athlete's character is what they do when no one is watching

ES4 provides Eagan athletes with training techniques and opportunities to improve in the areas of speed, strength, agility, acceleration skills, first step quickness and anaerobic/aerobic fitness relative to their sport.

If you're willing to work hard, listen to instruction and push yourself so you're in peak shape come game day, ES4 is the program for you.

"I strive to have all my girls come to ES4 because it helps condition their WHOLE body, make them stronger and helps prevent injuries.  ES4 is the best thing athletes can do to prepare themselves to perform at their highest level….in any sport."

"The physical benefits of training are measurable, and easily noticed. People get bigger, faster, stronger. The mental benefits are not seen, but are just as important. Pushing yourself to new limits, and making small commitments and sacrifices for a season that is likely far off in the future. Each of those build mental toughness which in sports can be just as important as physical ability."
